  3. QTi DE Ring Spanner – 24 x 27 mm – 1 PCs
  4. QTi DE Ring Spanner – 30 x 32 mm – 1 PCs

Excerpts of the issue reported:

  1. Crack developed at the ring part of Hammering/Striking wrench (Ring Type); Size: 32mm. This situation was observed at DHDT unit. Attached herewith

  1. The ring part of Hammering/Striking wrench (Ring Type); Size: 33mm broke into two pieces while using at DHDT unit. Attached herewith photographs of the same

  1. One Double ended ring spanner (offset); Size: 24x27mm fractured at neck portion. This situation was reported from MSP unit.. The photographs of the same have been attached

  1. One Double ended ring spanner (offset); Size: 30x32mm, broke into two pieces while using at MSP unit. Photographs of the same have been attached herewith

  1. The ring part of Hammering/Striking wrench (Ring Type); Size: 33mm broke into three pieces. This was reported from MSP unit.
