You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.
On receiving an order cancellation request, we will refund your order amount within 2-8 business days
Refunds shall only be generated for prepaid orders.
Cancellation Criteria
Your order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product specification mentioned on our website
- If the area falls under "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area", as specified by our logistics courier partner
- In exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with long delivery timelines, the product will be cancelled
