Refund Policy

Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount based on your mode of payment.

• For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-4 business days
• If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque, then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our e-mail ID info@bombaytools.in from their registered e-mail ID:
• After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 2 business days, and the same will reflect in your account in another 2 to 4 business days

  2. Account Holder's name
  3. IFSC Code
• For EMI payment, the refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation
