To place an order, you need a registered account with valid contact details, a delivery address, and a payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet). Some products may require additional verification or business documentation.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. You can also log in to your account, visit the “My Orders” section, and click on “Track Order” to see the current status and estimated delivery date.
If you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or wallet once your return is approved.
